If the employment conditions are met, the recruitment authority shall issue a "Notice of Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions" and the personnel to be hired shall go through relevant transfer and dispatch procedures with the "Notice of Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions". The recruitment unit shall sign an employment contract with the employed personnel in accordance with regulations. If the applicant fails to report within the specified time, it shall be deemed to be abstained. The minimum service period after employment is five years.
The employed person shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. If the term expires, the employment contract shall be terminated if the term expires.
